It is obtained entirely with Brachetto grapes, subjected to a short maceration at low temperature. Marked softness and amiability, characterized by a great elegance and a finish that unravels on tones of bitter almond and nutmeg.

 

Brachetto d'Acqui DOCG "Rosa Regale" Banfi

When tasted, Banfi's Brachetto d'Acqui DOCG Rosa Regale shows a ruby red color with purple hues and a persistent perlage, it tastes like strawberry jam and dog rose, musk and aromatic herbs. Pleasant and jaunty to the taste, fresh and with imperceptible tannins, it closes on fruity and mineral notes.

With a fresh fruit salad or a bowl of strawberries, with cream and red fruit tarts and with small dry pastries.
