Trebbiano D'Abruzzo DOC I Carbonari

Trebbiano D'Abruzzo DOC I Carbonari, when tasted, has a pale straw yellow colour, of excellent brightness, has a delicate nose of small white flowers, lily of the valley and chamomile, then yellow plum and lemon, with thin iodized whiffs. Enveloping, soft, fresh tasting, it shows a light flavor that surrounds a pulpy sip. The duration of persistence is very good, in line with olfactory memories.

COMBINATIONS

It pairs excellently with seafood appetizers, soups and white meats. Delicious with an onion omelette.
