Vermentino Di Gallura Superiore DOCG Limosa, when tasted, presents itself with a mix of straw yellow, green gold and ancient gold, winks from the glass with great seduction. On the nose it presents an excellent background that speaks of kaiser pear and plum, it veers towards all those typical fragrant herbs of the Mediterranean (thyme and mint first and foremost) and then fades towards a proud minerality that recalls rocks and algae. Articulated, warm, enveloping tasting, lively in alcohol but well balanced by the fresh-savory support. Long persistence of ripe fruit, enriched by scratchy savory streaks.
