Angimbé Cusumano 2023 75 cl
Angimbè is a blend of Inzolia (typical grape of these areas) and Chardonnay (the best-known international white grape variety) which was born in Ficuzza, a particularly suitable area in the Salemi area, in the nature reserve of the same name, where the temperature variations are mitigated by the presence of Lake Tondo, it is a wine characterized by a broad aromatic spectrum and immediacy of drinking. An excellent value for money. Small curiosity: a very practical and innovative glass stopper is used for this wine, which guarantees perfect closure once opened and not completely consumed
Terre Siciliane IGT "Angimbé" Cusumano
Terre Siciliane IGT "Angimbé" Cusumano, when tasted, has a delicate straw yellow colour, revealing floral aromas of broom and peach, apple, citrus fruit, mineral notes and aromatic herbs on the nose. On the palate it reveals correspondence and structure, in perfect balance between acidity and flavor and with a pleasant fruity trail.

Well chilled, it is an excellent aperitif but goes very well with risottos or first courses based on fish, including lake fish, and sauced white meats.
