When tasted, the white wine Pinot Grigio Sanct Valentin of St. Michael Eppan shows an intense and bright straw yellow color. The nose reveals hints of ripe fruit, yellow flowers, gentian and light smoky notes, on a typical mineral background. The gustatory approach is enveloping, creamy and engaging, and then gives way to lively flavor and repeated smoky returns.
