Edda comes from the vineyards of San Marzano, overlooking the sea of Salento, placed on a shallow soil with a medium-fine texture from mainly Chardonnay grapes, with minor additions of Moscatello Selvatico and Fiano grapes. It is a soft and warm white wine, elegant, with a savory and toasted finish.
Suitable for accompanying fish starters and first courses, as well as fresh soft cheeses.
