Quater Vitis Bianco Firriato 2022 75 cl

When tasted, Firriato's white wine "Quater Vitis" shows a straw yellow color, with a particularly bright light. Generous and typically aromatic the nose, which is told with touches of exotic fruit and floral hints, while at the end of the analysis there is a slight hint of aromatic herbs. In the mouth it has a light body tending to medium, with a punctual and clean sip, which envelops the palate thanks to a fresh imprint, from which a fruity taste emerges. A bottle which, confirming itself harvest after harvest with interesting scores to say the least, is capable of refining in the bottle for the next two or three years, reserving excellent surprises.

Perfect to be married with slightly spicy preparations, it is ideal to accompany monkfish in ginger sauce.
