Isola dei Nuraghi IGT Late Harvest Capichera 2021 75 cl

The white wine Isola dei Nuraghi IGT Vendemmia Tardiva Capichera at tasting shows a straw yellow color, slightly tending more to golden in the nail. The breadth of the aromatic range offered to the nose is interesting, in which floral notes alternate with touches of lavender and references to the Mediterranean scrub. A warm entrance on the palate, where a large and round sip opens up to a mineral and citrusy taste. It closes with a long and caressing finish, with a good palatal persistence, able to go perfectly with desserts at the end of the meal, but also with a varied platter of semi-aged goat cheeses.

Wine for structured and tasty main courses, like a scorpion fish with aromatic herbs but also to be dared with a cut of sheep or very aged cheeses.
