Cerasuolo D'Abruzzo DOC Anfora organic Cirelli, when tasted, has a lively pink color with coppery reflections, presents a wonderful fragrant blend of wild strawberries, mulberries and raspberries, nectarine and red rose, with spicy whiffs of star anise and slightly smoky nuances in the background. Softly fruity on the palate, it has a worthy structure and a savory freshness, fully respecting the sense of smell in a precise and punctual way. The finish is deep, all based on spiciness.

COMBINATIONS

A great wine capable of creating virtuosity on our table. From an aperitif to fish soups, including a roast, it is perfect with Luciana-style octopus.
