Bright and very pleasant rosé, Lumera is a skilful blend of Syrah, Nero d'Avola, Pinot Noir and Tannat, vinified in such a way as to best bring out the fruity and floral nuances of the grapes coming from the youngest vineyards.

Sicilia DOC "Lumera" Donnafugata, when tasted, presents a raspberry pink color of great brightness and excellent transparency, offering pleasant notes of pomegranate and currants, on a background of wild strawberries and cyclamen. In the mouth it is pleasant and well balanced between the fresh acidity and the pleasant flavor, caressed by a softness that makes everything harmonious.

COMBINATIONS

From an aperitif to a light lunch, this wine amazes with swordfish rolls as well as with an aubergine flan.
