Primitivo Pri Ré Masseria Spaccafico Paolo Leo 2019 75 cl
The prince of these grapes is Primitivo, Puglia's vine par excellence, at the top of the range of labels proposed by the company, especially in the Pri Ré version, a powerful wine, which offers an intense olfactory complement and a velvety taste, a true standard-bearer of Apulian oenology!
Primitivo "Pri Ré" Masseria Spaccafico Paolo Leo
Primitivo "Pri Ré" Masseria Spaccafico Paolo Leo, when tasted, presents a bright and impenetrable ruby red colour, enchants with hints of black cherries in alcohol and wild berry jam, strong and darker notes of cinchona and gentian root, together with flashes of black pepper and mentholated whiffs in the background. The taste is meaty, pulpy and extremely consistent, the wine has a very present mass, almost chewable, well balanced between freshness and flavor, with velvety tannins and a long minty trail that closes a tasty tasting.

Perfect with tasty second courses of game, mature cheeses and mixed grilled meat, it is perfect with spit-roasted lamb.
