The climate of Brda, which combines the freshness of the Alps with the influences of the Mediterranean, allows the difficult Pinot Noir to reach perfect maturation, giving it a rich aromatic spectrum and that most distinctive characteristic which is minerality, due to the high presence of marl in the soil. Thus is born a wine that shows off an uncommon ease and elegance, capable of enchanting with varied aromas and which promises an interesting evolutionary parable (at least 5 years).

 

DOP Goriška Brda Pinot Noir Nina Nunić

Pinot Noir Nina Nunić, when tasted, presents a ruby red color with slight garnet reflections, shows a sense of smell that evokes currants, wild strawberries and plums, then dog rose, liquorice and an earthy note that recalls black truffle. A tasting with an initially soft and graceful opening, which then leaves room for a clear mineral flavor that balances the tasting and reveals all its complex potential. Long almond persistence, with an elegant floral echo.

COMBINATIONS

Try it with a beef tartare or a risotto with porcini mushrooms.
