The Bolgheri Rosso Aska by Banfi is born in vineyards located between the beaches of the northern Maremma and the hills surrounding Castello Carducci. It is a soft, full and pleasantly powerful red wine, with mellow and elegant tannins and a persistent finish.

 

Bolgheri DOC "Aska" Banfi

Banfi's Bolgheri DOC Aska wine has a deep red color when tasted. Very intense and complex on the nose, with hints of blueberry and fruit jam accompanied by a pleasant hint of tobacco and cocoa. The structure is characterized by sweet and elegant tannins that give amplitude and persistence.

PAIRINGS

Throughout the meal, it goes perfectly with game and game dishes, excellent with medium and long-aged hard cheeses.
