Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Riserva "Bosan" by Cesari, when tasted, has a very dark ruby red color, with garnet reflections. The nose opens with intense fruity aromas of morello cherry and plum jam, enriched with elegant hints of dark chocolate, black truffle and liquorice. On the palate it is full, soft and round with a pleasantly long and persistent finish.
Ideal in combination with game, grilled red and white meats, this Amarone is also an excellent wine to accompany moments of conversation between meals.
