Haras de Pirque is Antinori's Chilean estate, located in one of the best wine-growing areas of Chile: Pirque; this is where the Hussonet Gran Reserva is born, a true purebred Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon, with a small hint of Syrah. An entirely Bordeaux blend whose grapes, after fermentation, are subjected to a maturation period for approximately 12 months and then bottled. Elegant on the palate and seductive on the nose, it expresses a strong local identity.

Cabernet Sauvignon Gran Reserva Hussonet Haras De Pirque Antinori, when tasted, presents a dark ruby color, almost impenetrable to light. The nose surprises with an enveloping fruit that reminds us of cherry, plum, but not too sweet and combines with balsamic and green hints of liquorice and aromatic herbs. On the second nose, evolving notes of tobacco, Andean spices, nuances of humus and undergrowth are pleasantly perceived. In the mouth it shows all its elegance, a beautiful structure that gives us a sense of roundness, with beautifully crafted tannins and a freshness that guarantees smooth drinking. The final persistence is beautiful and closes with spicy returns.

COMBINATIONS

It is an important wine that lends itself to accompanying equally structured dishes based on game and game, as well as excellent with mature cheeses.
