When tasted, the Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG Allegrini wine has a very dark ruby color, the nose expresses notes of dried flowers and red fruit in jam. Traces of cinchona, vanilla, black pepper and cocoa open to a structured and vigorous, soft and velvety taste. Closes on balsamic notes of great charm and persistence.
