Valpolicella Classico DOC "Bonacosta" Masi

Masi's red Valpolicella Classico "Bonacosta" is “as cordial as a brother's house you get along with” as Hemingway defined. Matures six months in Slavonian and Allier oak barrels, and is completed with a month of aging in bottle. Simple, elegant and fresh, it is fantastic for embellishing the most serene and peaceful everyday convivialities.

TASTING NOTES

The red wine Valpolicella Classico DOC Bonacosta di Masi at the tasting shows a clear ruby red color and bright to the eye. It offers memories of ripe cherries and floral shades of purple to the nose. The drink is fresh and characterized by velvety and silky tannins. The olfactory scents return to the palate, while the finish recalls pleasantly vanilla.

PAIRINGS

It lends itself very well to being enjoyed with everyday table preparations. It is excellent with risotto with meat sauce.
