The Red wine IGT Centine di Banfi at the tasting shows a ruby red color. The nose is intense and is expressed with hints of small red fruits, notes of violets and earthy hints. On the palate it is soft, pleasantly enveloping and with good persistence.

Excellent with roasted meat, it is ideal as an accompaniment to pappardelle with sausage ragout.
