Avignonesi's Nobile di Montepulciano is an intense and full-bodied Tuscan red wine, aged for 18 months in barrels and barriques. It is a very intense red, with notes of fresh red berry fruit, undergrowth and sweet spices. On the palate it is elegant, round, structured, with velvety tannins and a persistent finish

 

Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG Avignonesi

The red wine Nobile di Montepulciano di Avignonesi at tasting shows an intense ruby red color. The nose opens on the fruit, with hints of dark cherry, plum and morello cherry, which in the second place are joined by tertiary references of leather, undergrowth, cloves and oak. The mouth is full-bodied, punctual and consistent with the sense of smell. Good length.

PAIRINGS

To be paired with red meat or noble poultry, it is to be tried to accompany roasted goose with wild fennel.
