Maraschino is one of the pillars of the centuries-old Italian liqueur art, present in many cocktails since the dawn of mixing. Our maraschino is produced exclusively with the most selected Marasca cherries from Zara.

 

Maraschino Pallini

Maraschino Pallini, the ancient Pallini recipe involves infusing only the pulp extracted from morello cherries in alcohol. Leaves, stones and peel are instead eliminated at the beginning of the production process. This choice is aimed at giving the product a purer, fresher, softer and lighter taste which is better suited to mixing.
