This Gin is produced exclusively with juniper berries from the Maritime Alps, which during distillation release unique essential oils, with a scent and flavor that cannot be found in other climatic zones.
Occitan London Dry Gin Bordiga, when tasted, appears transparent and clear, presents incredible notes of juniper, laurel and aromatic herbs on the nose, together with aromas of wild flowers and balsamic and mentholated puffs of peppermint. The taste is dry and decisive, with a winning alcoholic note but well balanced by an elegant body, with a clean and satisfying finish. On its own, smooth, I don't mind but it's a must for mixing.
