For the production of Hierbas Ibicencas, 18 botanicals are used, including thyme, rosemary, wild fennel, grown in the fields of the island and nearby Formentera, benefiting from the excellent microclimate characterized by significant levels of humidity and mineralisation. Finally, distillation, boiling, infusion and maceration give life to a pleasant and completely natural nectar, which best expresses the aromas and flavors of the Mediterranean and the island of Ibiza.

Hierbas Ibicencas Mari Mayans, when tasted, has an amber color, gives the nose intense and enveloping herbaceous notes, among which it is easy to perceive those of anise, rosemary and thyme. The taste is lean, fresh and well balanced, embellished with an aromatic return of fennel and mint.
