The Brut Carricante Sosta Tre Santi Spumante is a Classic Method that fully expresses the potential of the native bubbles within the black soils of Etna. A bottle with which the historic Nicosia winery, a name of absolute reference in Sicily, gives voice to the Carricante vine, harvested and processed with the utmost care, resting on the yeasts in the bottle for at least 18 months. Thus was born a fresh label with expressive minerality, with a refined and never intrusive sensorial profile, ready to drink to enjoy it in its full liveliness.

Sicilia DOC Classic Method Brut Carricante "Sosta Tre Santi" Nicosia, when tasted it has a straw yellow color and a fine and subtle perlage. The olfactory spectrum highlights floral notes of hawthorn and yellow flowers, with clear hints of yeast and honeyed aromas. When tasted it is medium-bodied, balanced, with a sip endowed with flavor and freshness.

COMBINATIONS

Excellent as an aperitif or throughout the meal, especially in combination with raw fish and shellfish. Try it with sushi.
