The Tasca D'Almerita Brut Spumante is designed in 1987 for the friends of Count Giuseppe, a brut sparkling wine made with the classic method, in contact with yeasts for 24 months. Its craftsmanship distinguishes the different vintages. A Sicilian vintage from Chardonnay grapes. Fine and continuous perlage, a delicate creaminess on the palate. The grapes are grown near Palermo in the company's historic estate, on sandy soils located 500 meters above sea level.

 

Spumante Sicilia DOC 2016 "Almerita" - Regaleali Estate, Tasca d'Almerita

When tasted, the Almerita Tenuta Regaleali sparkling wine from Tasca d'Almerita has a typically straw-yellow color, crossed by a fine-grained perlage, with good persistence. On the nose there are notes of tropical fruit, embellished with buttery nuances and light touches that refer to yeasts. On the palate it is full-bodied, fine and creamy, with a sip marked by a pleasant freshness.

PAIRINGS

Perfect at aperitif time, it accompanies fish carpaccio and sushi with style. Also try it with cold cuts and vegetarian dishes.
