Absinthe is an anise-based distillate par excellence, a prerogative of the Occitan lands. The reasoned combination of pure alcohol, the clear water coming from Alpine springs, flowers and fruits, together with accurate distillations, is the basis of Bordiga's Absinthe, one of the most important names in Piedmont in spirits.

 

Bordiga Absinthe

When tasted, Bordiga Absinthe has a bright but not bright golden-green color, with emerald reflections. Approaching with caution, given the high alcohol content, you can perceive intense aromas of anise and a mix of aromatic herbs, thyme, rosemary and lemongrass, even slight citrus hints. We advise you, as per tradition, to mix it with water and sugar to facilitate its tasting, powerful and very hot.
