Vermounth amaro Dopo Teatro Cocchi 75 cl
It is a rare "evening vermouth" and was called Dopo Teatro due to the Piedmontese tradition of drinking a small cup of fresh vermouth accompanied by a lemon peel in the evening, perhaps after having attended some performance in one of the historic theaters of the capital Savoy.
Vermounth bitter "After Theater" Cocchi
Vermounth bitter "After Teatro" Cocchi, when tasted, presents a concentrated ruby red color with a garnet edge, has a dark and decisive nose of cinchona, liquorice root and rhubarb, dark spices and balsamic whiffs. Powerful, intense, enveloping sip, with a typically bitter finish of citrus peel. Tradition requires it fresh, in a small cup, accompanied by a lemon peel but it is also perfect as a bittering ingredient for mixology.
