Born from 100% pure Pinot Grigio grapes, the grapes are harvested entirely by hand, in the coolest hours of the morning and only after reaching perfect ripeness. The very delicate pressing is done on the bunches while they are still whole, the processing takes place entirely in steel to preserve the aromas and the bottling takes place 8-9 months after the harvest.
The Pinot bianco wine of Villa Russiz, when tasted, presents itself with a straw yellow color, with a delicate aroma reminiscent of white flowers and fragrant yellow fruit, on a chalky background. On the palate it is fresh, balanced, slightly savory.
