At tasting, the white wine Alsace Riesling Les Princes Abbés by Domaines Schlumberger shows a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Fragrant and complex nose dominated by fruity scents. Delicate citrus aromas of lemon and ginger are accompanied by intriguing mineral notes, completing an elegant bouquet. The palate incorporates the same aromas within a round and well balanced structure with lively freshness, the real strength of this Riesling. The finish is long and always characterized by the mineral vein.

PAIRINGS

Perfect with shellfish canapes at the time of an aperitif or with a salmon fillet with riesling sauce for a dinner with friends.
