Collio DOC Pinot Grigio Livon

When tasted, the white wine Collio DOC Pinot Grigio Livon shows a bright straw yellow color with slightly ashy reflections, reveals a soft olfactory texture with a clear mineral tone in the foreground, then ripe peach, lime and vanilla, tea rose and a hint of herbs. Mouth defined and coherent, with darting fresh and savory inserts that support a fruity finish.
PAIRINGS

Delicious as an aperitif, we can combine it with first and second courses of fish and seafood, even risking it with mullet alla livornese.
