Subtirol Pinot White  Reserve "Vorberg" Terlan 

At tasting, the Pinot bianco Riserva Volberg wine from Terlan winery shows a dazzling straw yellow color, while the nose tastes a variegated bouquet, with a thousand facets, with fruity notes of yellow pulp fruits such as melon and peach, which are combined very pleasant aromas of quince jelly and dried fruit. On the palate it expresses its best, with fruity notes that re-emerge vigorous, creamy and fleshy, with a distinctly mineral aftertaste.

PAIRINGS

It is the most suitable wine to nobly accompany a spicy fish soup, as well as a peppery mussel, mussels au gratin or spaghetti allo scoglio. Definitely to try with Roman-style artichokes, usually not very easy to combine.
