"Testarossa" White Pasetti

The "Testarossa" Pasetti wine is obtained from Trebbiano d'Abruzzo and Pecorino grapes pressed and softly pressed. The must, decanted and made clear at low temperature, is fermented in small oak barrels of 225 and 550 liters where it remains for 12 months following the harvest, resting and maturing on the noble fermentation lees.

The "Testarossa" Pasetti wine in the glass has a brilliant golden yellow color. Its intense bouquet opens with hints of withered white flowers and dried fruit, sage, vanilla and curry. A smoky note accompanies the melted butter which gives the palate a full sensation of roundness, enveloping softness and long persistence. Elegant and harmonious, its freshness and aromatic complexity allow it to be appreciated after several years.
