Coming from the vineyards of Cortaccia and Termeno, Hofstätter's Müller-Thurgau perfectly expresses all the strong aromaticity of this fascinating variety, which seems to have found its land of choice in Alto Adige. Vinified at a controlled temperature and left to mature in steel alone, it is a wine that expresses itself with strong fruity aromas and a tactility waiting to be discovered.

 

South Tyrol DOC Müller Thurgau Hofstätter

The white wine Müller Thurgau by Hofstatter at tasting shows a straw yellow color of good intensity, the nose expresses warm and mature aromas, embellished by a rather persistent and dense aromatic note. On the palate it shows a certain structure supported by beautiful notes of muscat, it is balanced and persistent, decisive in expressing freshness and a pleasant acidity.
