Arianna Occhipinti's Nero D'Avola "Siccagno" is an organically produced wine. When tasted, it presents an intense and bright ruby red colour, captivating on the nose with notes of wild berries in jam and Mediterranean scrub, dark and pungent hints of cinchona and citrus whiffs of tamarind, with a spicy background. Powerful and vigorous tasting, it presents an austere tannin of great personality and a lively and fresh taste that also leaves room for glycerine softness. The bitter cocoa finish is endless.

COMBINATIONS

Try it with lamb, it goes well with a beef fillet with mustard and well-matured cheeses.
