Champagne Rosé Louis Lamar is synonymous with celebration, a great occasion, an important event. Louis Lamar produces wines that express their territoriality, such as this Brut Rosé which comes from the union of the three typical grapes of Champagne: Pinot Noir, represented here at 8%, which gives structure and colour, Chardonnay, 36%, with its seductive charge and Pinot Meunier, which reigns supreme with 55%, acting as the trait d'union.

 

Champagne Brut Rosé Louis Lamar

Champagne Brut Rosé Louis Lamar, when tasted, presents itself with a bright pale pink color. Its perlage, elegant and minute, is made up of many strings of small and persistent pearls. On the nose, of great impact, lively notes of rose petals, cherry pulp and pink grapefruit emerge together with mineral memories of the territory of origin. When tasted, the mineral note prevails, followed by an olfactory response accompanied by a velvety sensation that pampers the taste buds in a voluptuous embrace. The finish is long and sensual with hints of cherry.

COMBINATIONS

Perfect on a raw red prawn but also on tagliolini with swordfish and basil.
