Franciacorta DOCG Brigantia Satèn Le Marchesine, when tasted, presents itself with a brilliant straw yellow colour, on the nose it does not disdain notes of sponge cake, butter and biscuits anticipating fresher tones of cedar and lime, with hints of pineapple and peach. The taste is creamy, enveloping and typical for the type, crossed by a lively savory-acid fusion which underlines a rare pleasantness, with a long aromatic finish.

COMBINATIONS

Excellent with grilled mackerel fillet, stuffed calamari, stewed cod but also for a glamorous aperitif!
