Ferrando's Carema Etichetta Bianca is a 100% Nebbiolo red wine produced in the Carema DOC area, a heroic denomination in the Piedmont Alps. The aging process is long and meticulous: 30 months in oak barrels and 6 months in bottle, resulting in a wine with structure, great elegance, and a strong territorial character.

Carema DOC Ferrando White Label

Ferrando's Carema Etichetta Bianca displays a light garnet red color and a complex nose of dried roses, violets, and small red fruits, combined with tertiary notes of spice and tobacco. On the palate, it is dry, with fine tannins and a pleasant freshness.

COMBINATIONS

With roast red meats, game, braised and stewed meats, it is also excellent with aged cheeses, agnolotti or tajarin with truffles.
