A perfect blend of three white grapes—Vermentino, Viogner, and Ansonica—is found in Vivia, one of the wonders born from the vineyards of the Antinori family's beautiful Maremma estate, Le Mortelle, in the province of Grosseto and very close to the sea. This terroir, distinguished by the perfect balance between soil composition and climate, has created the ideal conditions for these grape varieties, combined with vinification in stainless steel, to best enhance their varietal characteristics and freshness.

Maremma Toscana Bianco DOC "Vivia" Le Mortelle Antinori displays a straw yellow color with light greenish highlights. The aromas are intense, elegant, and immediate, recalling clear notes of ripe peach, white flowers, and wisteria, with vegetal nuances of aromatic herbs and a delicate salty sensation. On the palate, it is quite smooth, but freshness dominates, inundating the entire palate, accompanied by a decisive savory component that makes it dangerously smooth and inviting. The finish is persistent, leaving a pleasant saline trail.

COMBINATIONS

Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with sushi, seafood spaghetti, baked grouper fillets, fried mixed seafood, and even soft cheeses.
