Chablis La Chanfleure Louis Latour 75 cl
Chablis "Chanfleure" takes its name from a pipette used by Burgundy cellarmen to sip wine from the barrel, a common practice for tasting wines during their maturation. This Chablis, however, is vinified exclusively in stainless steel, and the name was used by the Latour family to distinguish some of their finest production. Louis Latour's Chablis "La Chanfleure" is, in fact, the pinnacle of Chablis Chardonnay, a vibrant and luminous wine with great longevity.
