This Mars Maltage Cosmo whisky is a blend of a series of single malts initially aged in Scotland and then finished at the Shinshu distillery—a highly unusual practice in Japan, where they rarely turn to other producers to meet demand! Diluted with pure Japanese water drawn from the springs adjacent to the distillery.

Whisky Mars Maltage Cosmo

This Mars Maltage Cosmo whisky displays a deep amber yellow color. The nose welcomes fruity notes of blackcurrant and plum, toasted hazelnut tones, and sweet vanilla spices, all against an earthy background. The palate is smooth, enveloping, and rounded, with hints of citrus, cocoa, and caramel, and a long finish somewhere between cereal and oak.
