The Cleopatra Oro line is produced entirely using a bain-marie still, under vacuum, to extract all the typical aromas of the pomace used, for a refined and aristocratic taste. The Moscato version is produced from a carefully selected pomace of Moscato Fior d'Arancio and Moscato Bianco dei Colli Euganei and is aged for a year in barriques to deliver a sumptuous, complex, and regal taste worthy of its name!

 

Cleopatra Oro Poli Moscato Grappa

The Poli Cleopatra Oro Moscato Grappa displays a brilliant golden yellow color with amber highlights. It has an enchanting nose reminiscent of flowering meadows, fresh yellow fruit, and citrus, before evolving into sweet notes of honey and dry pastries. The palate lives up to expectations, displaying smoothness, a clean, creamy, and rounded body, and an extremely elegant finish reminiscent of buttercream and tea biscuits.
