Plantation Pineapple Rum is a handcrafted spiced rum from Trinidad and Tobago created by carefully crafting Victoria pineapples: the peels are infused in Plantation "Three Stars" rum and then redistilled, while the pulp pieces macerate separately in Plantation Original Dark. This process creates an exotic and refined flavor.
