Gattinara DOCG Vigna Molsino Nervi Giacomo Conterno presents a ruby red color with garnet highlights. The nose opens with fruity notes of sour cherry jam and juniper berries, followed by star anise and lavender, with darker notes of rhubarb and tobacco, all wrapped in a deep minerality. On the palate, it is enveloping and confident, with an elegant tannic texture and a lively fresh-savory backbone that also characterizes its long, savory finish.

COMBINATIONS

Perfect with game, it is a wine that pairs very well with wild boar, deer and hare, in all their sauces.
