Made from Pinot Noir grapes, it is undoubtedly one of the best Pinot Noir wines on the peninsula: it ages for a year in barrique and a few months in bottle. Refined and excellent.

TASTING NOTES

Franz Haas's Pinot Noir presents a color that is strongly influenced by the vintage, with a shifting play of hues ranging from light ruby red to intense ruby red. The nose is characterized by fruity notes reminiscent of morello cherries, raspberries, and aromas of undergrowth. Aromas of marzipan and plum jam are also evident, complemented by spicy notes of cinnamon and cloves. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with elegant tannins that make it rounded and harmonious, offering a very pleasant drink.

COMBINATIONS

It pairs well with game and red meats. It's delicious with fillet steak with mushrooms.
