Salento IGP Rosé Susumaniello Amai San Marzano 2024 75cl
Amai rosé wine is produced from San Marzano grapes in Puglia, within the Salento appellation, and from one of Puglia's most typical red grapes, Susumaniello. The wine is made from grapes gently pressed with inert gases. The first fraction of must is immediately separated, followed by off-the-skin fermentation at 14-16°C. The wine ages in stainless steel for 3 months.
Salento IGP Rosé Susumaniello Amai San Marzano
Amai di San Marzano rosé wine presents a pink color upon tasting, with aromas of raspberry, wild strawberry, blood orange, and Mediterranean scrub prevailing on the nose. The palate is dry and fresh, with a discreet persistence.
