The Pinot Bianco "Berg" from Nals Margreid falls within the Alto Adige DOC denomination and is made with 100% Pinot Bianco grapes. It is a fresh and savory white wine, with distinct hints of aromatic herbs and a pleasant almond note that rounds out the flavor and finish. The grapes are hand-picked and undergo a brief pre-fermentation maceration. After pressing, the must ferments for 3 weeks in stainless steel, then ages on the lees for 5 months.
