Don Papa rum takes its name from Papa Isio, a great revolutionary hero who played a crucial role in the Philippine liberation war from Spanish rule. He was endowed with legendary energy and indomitable spirit. Produced in very limited quantities, it is aged for at least seven years.

 

Rum Don Papa

Don Papa rum presents a light, very bright amber color when tasted. The nose reveals light, fruity notes of quince and date, along with spicy notes of vanilla, toasted hazelnut, and milk chocolate, with hints of honey. The palate is smooth, delicate, extraordinarily rounded, and has a long, lingering apple jam finish.

COMBINATIONS

Superb mixed with cola, or in a daiquiri.
