This grappa is distilled from select Verduzzo grape pomace from the estate's vineyards in Friuli. The Verduzzo grape is known for its great adaptability to a wide variety of winemaking methods, from sweet to dry, and for its unique structural qualities that allow for the production of full-bodied and succulent wines. A grape from the past, little-known but one that, thanks to meticulous artisanal distillation, extremely limited production in small batches, and careful attention to the vintage and climate, reaches its peak with Nonino's mastery.
