A firm commitment from Toni Poli, this grappa best captures the essence of this renowned distillery. Created in 1989, it is obtained through the discontinuous distillation in copper steam stills of a blend of various pomace types from Veneto red grapes. Aged for thirteen years in French oak barrels (only nine in total, for a limited and exclusive production), this exquisite distillate, once poured, expresses the seductive and refined aromas of the grapes and wood, along with a smooth and persistent flavor; a blend of unique and satisfying sensations that confirms Poli's style and unparalleled quality.

Grappa Poli Barrique 1898, when tasted, displays a bright, light amber color. On the nose, it offers notes of fruit in alcohol and vanilla, coffee, sultanas and potpourri, honey, and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is powerful, smooth, and rounded, perfectly reflecting the notes imparted by the wood's toasting, with lingering aromatic aftertaste.
