Jacopo Poli's "Sarpa di Poli" Merlot and Cabernet Grappa is transparent, colorless, and brilliant. On the nose, it displays pleasantly herbaceous aromas, reminiscent of freshly cut grass, and hints of mint, rose, geranium, and violet, blending with a vinous aroma. On the palate, it is robust and full-bodied.
