Nikka Coffey Gin is a Japanese London Dry, the result of decades of experimentation at the Miyagikyo distillery, using the Coffey still, imported from Scotland in 1963. Its aromatic complexity comes from traditional Japanese botanicals and citrus fruits such as Yuzu, Kabosu, Amanatsu and Shikuwasa, as well as pungent Sansho pepper.
